Slow Roast

Every green bean has its own particular flavour potential, which appears differently when using different roast profiles (variations of heat application and airflow). At the same time different customers prefer different flavours. Therefore, we continuosly develop roast profiles based on a slow roast concept, but adjusted to fit the complexities and potential of the green bean together with the variety of flavour preferences of our customers. The production is done batch-wise in Probat drum roasters.
